        Happy Camper Cocktail Company is a “garden to glass” mobile cocktail & dessert catering company based in Enumclaw, Washington.  Home is a 1966 Aladdin Hideaway canned ham camper they lovingly and painstakingly converted into a one of a kind mobile bar, so they bring happy hour to you! One-stop-shop party services include their craft cocktails, beer on tap, wine, dessert bars, snack bars, and lawn games. They love to support other Washington family businesses and Washington’s farmers so they serve fresh, handcrafted cocktails with ingredients sourced from local growers including their family’s own farm, Simple Goodness Farm in Buckley, WA. They are also big fans of Washington state’s local brewers, wine makers and distillers and love to introduce clients to their delicious libations. Serving at weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and any other reason you have to party.

        The Euphoria
        1/2 ounce simple syrup
        4 sage leaves, divided
        1 ounce gin
        1 ounce St-Germain
        1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
         
        Muddle together 3 sage leaves and the simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, gin, St-Germain, and lemon juice, and shake for 30 seconds or until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sage leaf.
